Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin, currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) for the 2024–2029 term. Dr. Drs. Teguh Yuwono, M.Pol.Admin, has a diverse range of research interests primarily focused on public policy, regional autonomy, and governance. His notable works include "Kebijakan Publik: Konsep dan Strategi," co-authored with A. Badjuri, which delves into public policy concepts and strategies. He also authored "Manajemen Otonomi Daerah: Membangun Daerah Berdasar Paradigma Baru," exploring regional autonomy management and local development paradigms. His research extends to capacity building in local governments, as evidenced by his paper presented at the International Seminar on Democracy and Local Politics. Additionally, he has investigated the role of civil society in sustaining local good governance, with a case study on Surakarta City, Indonesia. Dr. Yuwono has also contributed to studies on public bureaucracy performance and the political neutrality of bureaucracy in local elections. His recent research includes analyzing the implementation of thematic villages in Semarang City, focusing on participatory and community empowerment-based development of slum areas, specifically the "Kampung Sehat Ramah Anak" initiative.
